Wybory uzupełniające – WN, WF i WKMS

Drogie Doktorantki, Drodzy Doktoranci,
w imieniu Komisji Wyborczej Samorządu Doktorantów Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego ogłaszam, że zgodnie z § 29 i 31 Regulaminu Samorządu Doktorantów Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego głosowanie w wyborach uzupełniających do Wydziałowych Rad Doktorantów (WRD) na Wydziale Filologicznym, Wydziale Neofilologii oraz Wydziale Komunikacji Społecznej i Mediów na kadencję 2022–2024 odbędzie się w dniu 15 października 2024 r. poprzez system USOS.

Wszelkie instrukcje techniczne dotyczące sposobu głosowania zostaną przekazane przed rozpoczęciem wyborów, po przygotowaniu systemu do głosowania.
Ażeby kandydować do WRD, należy przed okresem głosowania zgłosić chęć kandydowania, w innym przypadku nie będzie możliwości dołączenia do WRD w nadchodzących wyborach.
Zgłoszenia proszę wysyłać na mail: wybory.doktoranci@uwr.edu.pl oraz maciej.korpalski2@uwr.edu.pl, używając swojego konta w domenie @uwr.edu.pl. WAŻNE: zgłoszenia wysłane z domen zewnętrznych (@gmail.com, @o2.pl itp.) nie będą honorowane. Proszę wiadomość zatytułować „Wybory_Nazwa_Wydziału”, a w treści – oprócz wyrażenia chęci kandydowania – należy podać:

imię i nazwisko,
rok studiów,
nazwę kierunku studiów doktoranckich lub kolegium Szkoły Doktorskiej,
przedstawienie sylwetki kandydata (do 50 słów).

Poprawne zgłoszenia zostaną dopisane do listy wyborczej, która będzie dostępna na stronie Samorządu Doktorantów.

ZGŁOSZENIA MOŻNA WYSYŁAĆ DO DNIA 08.10.2024, DO GODZINY 20:00.

Komisja ogłosi wyniki wyborów na stronie Samorządu Doktorantów (http://doktoranci.uni.wroc.pl) oraz roześle wiadomości e-mail do wszystkich doktorantów do dnia 18 października 2024 r., do godziny 12.00.

Dear Doctoral Students,

on behalf of the Election Committee of the Doctoral Student Self-Government of the University of Wrocław, I announce that voting in the by-elections to the Faculty Doctoral Student Councils (WRD) at the Faculty of Letters, Faculty of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures and Faculty of Social Communication and Media Studies for the term 2022-2024 will take place on 15 October 2024 via the USOS system. (Following paragraphs 29 and 31 of the Regulations of the Doctoral Student Self-Government of the University of Wrocław).

Any technical instructions on voting will be provided before the election; once the voting system has been prepared.

To be a candidate for the WRD, you have to apply before the voting period; otherwise, it will not be possible to join the WRD in the upcoming elections.

Please send your applications to emails: wybory.doktoranci@uwr.edu.pl and maciej.korpalski2@uwr.edu.pl using your @uwr.edu.pl domain account. IMPORTANT: submissions sent from external domains (@gmail.com, @o2.pl, etc.) will not be honoured. Please title your message „Elections_Faculty_Name,” and in the body of the message – in addition to expressing your willingness to stand for election – please include:

first and last name,
year of study
the name of the doctoral programme or the college of the Doctoral School,
a presentation of the candidate’s profile (up to 50 words).

Correct applications will be added to the election list, which will be available on the website of the Doctoral Student Self-Government – http://doktoranci.uni.wroc.pl/.

APPLICATIONS CAN BE SUBMITTED UNTIL 08.10.2024, 8 p.m.

The Commission will announce the election results on the Doctoral Student Self-Government website (http://doktoranci.uni.wroc.pl) and will send out emails to all doctoral students by 18.10.2024, 12:00.
