Szanowne Doktorantki, Szanowni Doktoranci!

Z przyjemnością informujemy, że 10 października 2024 roku o godz. 8:00 rozpocznie się nabór wniosków do XXXVI Edycji Dofinansowań Indywidualnych dla doktorantów i doktorantek Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego. Pula środków w tej edycji dofinansowań wynosi 5 000 zł.

Można ubiegać się o dofinansowanie w wysokości:

• 800 zł w przypadku konferencji, podczas której doktorant występuje w języku obcym;
• 600 zł w przypadku konferencji, podczas której doktorant występuje w języku polskim.

O co można wnioskować?

Poniższe wytyczne wynikają z postanowień Zarządzenia Rektora nr 219/2023 z dnia 29 września 2023 r. Regulamin rejestracji, działania, finansowania, rozwiązywania uczelnianych organizacji studenckich i doktoranckich oraz stowarzyszeń w Uniwersytecie Wrocławskim, będącego aktem nadrzędnym dla Regulaminu Edycji Dofinansowań Indywidualnych.

Opłata konferencyjna

1. Wnioskodawca może wnioskować o pokrycie opłaty konferencyjnej nie później niż na 28 dni przed wydarzeniem (licząc od daty złożenia wniosku). Ponadto termin wniesienia opłaty konferencyjnej nie może upływać przed 14 dniem od daty uzyskania pozytywnej decyzji odnośnie do składanego wniosku.
2. Możliwe jest wnioskowanie o dofinansowanie opłaty w konferencji odbywającej się w przyszłym roku kalendarzowym, pod warunkiem możliwości opłacenia udziału w konferencji jeszcze w bieżącym roku kalendarzowym, najpóźniej do dn. 10 grudnia.
3. Wnioskodawca nie może wnioskować o zwrot kosztów za wniesioną już opłatę za udział w konferencji.

Ryczałt za nocleg i wyżywienie oraz zwrot kosztów dojazdu

Nie później niż na 10 dni przed odbywającym się wydarzeniem doktorant/ka może wnioskować wyłącznie o pokrycie kosztów dojazdu, noclegu i wyżywienia (kwoty zryczałtowane).

Jak złożyć wniosek?

• Środki przyznawane są na podstawie poprawnie wypełnionego nowego wzoru wniosku, który należy złożyć drogą elektroniczną na adres: rd.wnioski@uwr.edu.pl, a następnie – po pozytywnym zaopiniowaniu przez Radę Doktorantów – w ciągu 4 dni roboczych (liczonych od dnia otrzymania e-maila z informacją o pozytywnej opinii) wniosek należy złożyć w Biurze Aktywności Studenckiej i Doktoranckiej, wysyłając e-mail na adres: wsparcieaktywnosci@uwr.edu.pl.
• Rozpatrywane będą wyłącznie wnioski wysłane z adresów e-mail zarejestrowanych w domenie uniwersyteckiej (imię.nazwisko@uwr.edu.pl lub nrindeksu@uwr.edu.pl). Termin składania wniosków rozpoczyna się 10 października 2024 r. (czwartek) o godz. 8:00 i kończy się 24 października 2024 r. (czwartek) o godz. 23:59 lub w momencie wyczerpania puli środków, jeżeli ten nastąpi wcześniej. O przyznaniu dofinansowania decyduje kolejność wpłynięcia poprawnych zgłoszeń.

Dear Doctoral Students!

We are pleased to announce that on October 10, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. we will start accepting the applications for the XXXVI Edition of Individual Funding for doctoral students of the University of Wrocław. The pool of funds in this edition is PLN 5,000.

You can apply for funding in the amount of:

PLN 800 in the case of a conference during which the doctoral student presents in a foreign language;
PLN 600 in the case of a conference during which the doctoral student presents in Polish.

What can be applied for?

The following guidelines result from the Regulations on the registration, operation, financing and dissolution of university student and doctoral organizations and associations at the University of Wrocław introduced by Rector’s Order No. 219/2023 of September 29, 2023, and the resulting discrepancies regarding the Regulations on Individual Funding, which is the act superior to the XXXVI edition.

Conference fee

1. The applicant may request payment of the conference fee no later than 28 days before the event (counting from the date of application). In addition, the deadline for payment of the conference fee must not be earlier than 14 days from the date of the positive decision on the application.
2. It is possible to apply for funding of the participation in a conference taking place in the next calendar year, provided that it is possible to pay for participation in the conference in the current calendar year, no later than December 10.
3. The applicant cannot apply for a refund for the fee already paid for participation in the conference.

Lump sum for accommodation and meals and reimbursement of travel costs

No later than 10 days before the event, the doctoral student may apply for coverage of travel, accommodation and meals costs (lump sum amounts).

How to apply?

• Funds are granted on the basis of a correctly completed application form, which should be submitted electronically to the following address: rd.wnioski@uwr.edu.pl. After a positive opinion from the Doctoral Student Council – within 4 business days (counted from the date of receipt of the e-mail with information about a positive opinion), the application should be submitted to the Student and Doctoral Activity Office via e-mail to: wsparcieaktywnosci@uwr.edu.pl.
• Only applications sent from e-mail addresses registered in the university domain (name.surname@uwr.edu.pl or indexnumber@uwr.edu.pl) will be considered. The admission of applications starts on October 10, 2024 (Thursday) at 8:00 and ends on October 24, 2024 (Thursday) at 23:59 or when the pool of funds is exhausted (if it happens before the deadline).

The order in which correct applications are received determines the granting of funding.
