Drogie Doktorantki i Doktoranci,
W imieniu Komisji Wyborczej Samorządu Doktorantów UWr ogłaszam że wybory do organów Samorządu Doktorantów na kadencję 2020 – 2022 odbędą się w dniach 09 – 11.12.2020 r. poprzez system USOS.
Zgodnie z nową ordynacja oraz rozporządzeniami Rektora, wybory będą dotyczyły jedynie składu Wydziałowych Rad Doktorantów (WRD). Pozostałe funkcje i organy zostają wybrane wewnętrznie przez członków nowo utworzonych WRD (zgodnie z par. 31 – 33 regulaminu Samorządu Doktorantów Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego).

Wszelkie instrukcje w jaki sposób należy głosować zostaną przekazane przed rozpoczęciem wyborów po przygotowaniu systemu do głosowania.
Aby móc kandydować do WRD należy przed okresem wyborczym zgłosić chęć kandydowania, w innym przypadku nie będzie możliwości dołączenia do WRD w nadchodzących wyborach.
Zgłoszenia proszę wysyłać na mail samorzad.doktorantow@uwr.edu.pl, używając swojego konta w domenie @uwr.edu.pl. WAŻNE: zgłoszenia wysłane z domen zewnętrznych (@gmail.com, @o2.pl itp.) nie będą honorowane. Proszę wiadomość zatytułować “Wybory (inicjał wydziału)” a w treści, oprócz wyrażenia chęci do kandydowania, należy podać:

Dear PhD Students,
I would like to announce, that elections to the PhD Student Council for the 2020 – 2022 term will take place between the 9th and 11th of December this year. They will be hosted remotely via USOS.
According to the new PhD Student Council election rules and the appropriate ordinance by the Rector, the election process will reveal only the new Delegates to the Faculty PhD Student Councils. Other elective positions are to be filled internally, by the chosen representatives of the new Faculty Councils (in accordance with par. 31 – 33 of the rules of the PhD Student Council of UWr).

A guide on how to cast a vote will be made available once the voting system is ready, prior to the election.
In order to become a candidate,
you need to, prior to the election, submit a declaration of intent to become a candidate. During the election there will be no further option of adding new candidates.
This declaration should be sent to: samorzad.doktorantow@uwr.edu.pl, using your own @uwr.edu.pl domain e-mail. IMPORTANT: all external e-mail domains (@gmail.com etc.) will not be accepted. Please, title your message “Election (faculty name)”, and include the following information
Valid submissions will be included in the candidate list, available at the PhD Student Council website – http://doktoranci.uni.wroc.pl/
Deadline for submissions is 02.12.2020, 11.59 p.m.
