Szanowne Doktorantki, Szanowni Doktoranci!

Z przyjemnością informujemy, że 27 października 2023 roku o godz. 8:00 rozpocznie się nabór wniosków do XXXIII Edycji Dofinansowań Indywidualnych dla doktorantów i doktorantek Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego. Pula środków w tej edycji dofinansowań wynosi 10 000 zł.

Maksymalne limity środków na jednego doktoranta wynoszą:

600 zł w przypadku konferencji, podczas której doktorant występuje w języku obcym;
430 zł w przypadku konferencji, podczas której doktorant występuje w języku polskim.

Ze względu na wprowadzony Zarządzeniem Rektora nr 219/2023 z dnia 29 września 2023 r. Regulamin rejestracji, działania, finansowania, rozwiązywania uczelnianych organizacji studenckich i doktoranckich oraz stowarzyszeń w Uniwersytecie Wrocławskim i wynikające z tego rozbieżności odnośnie do Regulaminu Dofinansowań Indywidualnych, które to zostaną uzupełnione w XXXIV EDI, prosimy o zwrócenie uwagi na kilka istotnych spraw:
1. Wnioskodawca nie może wnioskować o zwrot kosztów za wniesioną już opłatę za udział w konferencji; taką opłata należy uiścić nie szybciej niż 14 dni po uzyskaniu pozytywnej decyzji odnośnie do składanego wniosku, zaś sama konferencja nie może się odbyć wcześniej niż w 28 dniu licząc od daty złożenia wniosku. Niestety, czas ten nie może ulec skróceniu nawet w wyjątkowych wypadkach.
2. Nie później niż na 10 dni przed odbywającym się wydarzeniem doktorant/ka może wnioskować o pokrycie kosztów dojazdu, noclegu i wyżywienia (kwoty zryczałtowane).
3. Możliwe jest wnioskowanie o dofinansowanie udziału w konferencji odbywającej się w przyszłym roku kalendarzowym, pod warunkiem możliwości opłacenia udziału w konferencji jeszcze w bieżącym roku kalendarzowym, najpóźniej do dn. 10 grudnia.

Środki przyznawane są na podstawie poprawnie wypełnionego nowego wzoru wniosku, który należy złożyć drogą elektroniczną na adres: rd.wnioski@uwr.edu.pl, a następnie – po pozytywnym zaopiniowaniu przez Radę Doktorantów – w ciągu 4 dni roboczych (liczonych od dnia otrzymania e-maila z informacją o pozytywnej opinii) wniosek należy złożyć w Centrum Aktywności Studenckiej i Doktoranckiej, wysyłając e-mail na adres: patrycja.cicha@uwr.edu.pl.

Rozpatrywane będą wyłącznie wnioski wysłane z adresów e-mail zarejestrowanych w domenie uniwersyteckiej (imię.nazwisko@uwr.edu.pl lub nrindeksu@uwr.edu.pl). Termin składania wniosków rozpoczyna się 27 października 2023 r. (piątek) o godz. 8:00 i kończy się 10 listopada 2023 r. (piątek) o godz. 23:59 lub w momencie wyczerpania puli środków, jeżeli ten nastąpi wcześniej. O przyznaniu dofinansowania decyduje kolejność wpłynięcia poprawnych zgłoszeń.

Dear Doctoral Students!

We are pleased to announce that on October 27, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. we will start accepting the applications for the XXXIII Edition of Individual Funding for doctoral students of the University of Wrocław. The pool of funds in this edition is PLN 10,000.

The maximum funding limits for one doctoral student are:

PLN 600 in the case of a conference during which the doctoral student presents in a foreign language;
PLN 430 in the case of a conference during which the doctoral student presents in Polish.

Due to the Regulations on the registration, operation, financing and dissolution of university student and doctoral organizations and associations at the University of Wrocław introduced by Rector’s Order No. 219/2023 of September 29, 2023, and the resulting discrepancies regarding the Regulations on Individual Funding, which will be supplemented in the XXXIV edition, please pay attention to several important issue

1. The applicant cannot apply for a refund for the fee already paid for participation in the conference; such a fee must be paid no sooner than 14 days after obtaining a positive decision regarding the submitted application, and the conference itself cannot be held earlier than 28 days from the date of submission of the application. Unfortunately, this timeframes cannot be shortened even in exceptional cases.
2. No later than 10 days before the event, the doctoral student may apply for coverage of travel, accommodation and meals costs (lump sum amounts).
3. It is possible to apply for funding of the participation in a conference taking place in the next calendar year, provided that it is possible to pay for participation in the conference in the current calendar year, no later than December 10.

Funds are granted on the basis of a correctly completed new application form, which should be submitted electronically to the following address: rd.wnioski@uwr.edu.pl. After a positive opinion from the Doctoral Student Council – within 4 business days (counted from the date of receipt of the e-mail with information about a positive opinion), the application should be submitted to the Student and Doctoral Activity Center via e-mail to: patrycja.cicha@uwr.edu.pl.

Only applications sent from e-mail addresses registered in the university domain (name.surname@uwr.edu.pl or indexnumber@uwr.edu.pl) will be considered. The admission of applications starts on October 27, 2023 (Friday) at 8:00 and ends on November 10, 2023 (Friday) at 23:59 or when the pool of funds is exhausted (if it happens before the deadline).

The order in which correct applications are received determines the granting of funding.
