Szanowne Doktorantki, Szanowni Doktoranci!

Z przyjemnością informujemy, że 20 marca o godz. 8:00 rozpocznie się nabór wniosków do XXXI Edycji Dofinansowań Indywidualnych dla doktorantów i doktorantek Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego. Pula środków w tej edycji dofinansowań wynosi 10 000 zł.

W stosunku do poprzedniej edycji dwie rzeczy uległy zmianie. Po pierwsze, zwiększono maksymalne limity środków na jednego doktoranta. Obecnie wynoszą:

• 600 zł w przypadku konferencji, podczas której doktorant występuje w języku obcym;
• 430 zł w przypadku konferencji, podczas której doktorant występuje w języku polskim.

Po drugie, w tej Edycji – o ile wnioskuje się o zwrot kosztów opłaty konferencyjnej – nie ma obowiązku dołączania potwierdzenia przyjęcia na konferencję. Należy jednak uwiarygodnić istnienie konferencji, np. podając stronę internetową wydarzenia lub screen e-maila z zaproszeniem do udziału. Potwierdzenie udziału będzie należało złożyć przy rozliczaniu wniosku.

Środki przyznawane są na podstawie poprawnie wypełnionego nowego wzoru wniosku, który należy złożyć drogą elektroniczną na adres: rd.wnioski@uwr.edu.pl, a następnie – po pozytywnym zaopiniowaniu przez Radę Doktorantów – w ciągu 4 dni roboczych (liczonych od dnia otrzymania e-maila z informacją o pozytywnej opinii) wniosek należy złożyć w Centrum Aktywności Studenckiej i Doktoranckiej, wysyłając e-mail na adres: patrycja.cicha@uwr.edu.pl.

Rozpatrywane będą wyłącznie wnioski wysłane z adresów e-mail zarejestrowanych w domenie uniwersyteckiej (imię.nazwisko@uwr.edu.pl lub nrindeksu@uwr.edu.pl). Termin składania wniosków rozpoczyna się 20 marca 2023 r. (poniedziałek) o godz. 8:00 i kończy się 23 kwietnia 2023 r. (niedziela) o godz. 23:59 lub w momencie wyczerpania puli środków, jeżeli ten nastąpi wcześniej. O przyznaniu dofinansowania decyduje kolejność wpłynięcia poprawnych zgłoszeń.

Dear Doctoral Students!

We are pleased to announce that on 20 March at 8:00 a.m. the call for applications for the XXXI Edition of Individual Conference Grants for doctoral students at the University of Wrocław will begin. The pool of funds in this edition of grants is PLN 10 000.

Two things have changed comparing to the last edition. Firstly, the maximum funding limits per doctoral student have increased. They are now as follows:

• PLN 600 for a conference in which a doctoral student presents in a foreign language;
• PLN 430 for a conference in which a doctoral student presents in Polish.

Secondly, in this Edition, if you apply for registration fee refund, you are not required to include confirmation of being admitted to the conference. However, you will need to give credence to the conference taking place, e.g. by providing the event website or a screen of the email invitation. Confirmation of participation will need to be submitted during financial settlement of the grant when clearing the application.

Funds are awarded on the basis of a correctly completed new application template, which should be submitted by e-mail to: rd.wnioski@uwr.edu.pl, and then – after a positive opinion by the Doctoral Student Council – within 4 working days (counted from the day of receipt of the e-mail informing about the positive opinion) the application should be submitted to the Student and Doctoral Activity Centre (Centrum Aktywności Studenckiej i Doktoranckiej, CASID) by sending an e-mail to: patrycja.cicha@uwr.edu.pl.

Only applications sent from email addresses registered in the University domain (name.surname@uwr.edu.pl or IDnumber@uwr.edu.pl) will be considered. The closing date for applications is 8:00 a.m. on 20 March 2023 (Monday) and ends at 11:59 p.m. on 23 April 2023 (Sunday), or when the pool of funds will be used, if earlier. Funding will be awarded in the order in which correct applications are received.
